2 Albums in 1 Calendar Year?

I'm not promising anything, but we're seven songs into a new album. We're going to start dropping new tunes every three weeks. I really didn't think I could follow up SAYG but I tried anyway and I'm tremendously proud of where we are.

I wrote half of the songs for this one in a slur too... Small Shoes, Nowhere, Half Understood, Loose Canon, Boyfriend Material, Chase the Burn... I punched them up a little more once I got sober, little revisions here and there.

We're completely embracing lofi... mono baby... It all came from a fluke, we tracked demos with three microphones on the drums, summed it to mono, and I loved it. I often think "Does this serve the arrangement?" when we're tracking stuff but I never considered the stereo field as something to eliminate. We're drums, bass, guitar, vocals. It doesn't really necessitate wideness. Minimalism is beautiful.

I'd bet on a new physical drop November 15.
