Bamberdost "Bastardized Alive"
Once the pain kicked in without my arthritis meds, I started fronting the band mostly without my guitar. I Tom Sawyer'd my friend Pete Zest into playing lead guitar. I had a crazy idea to do a live album like the Ramones did. I bribed a few sound guys to record our sets at Berlin, Tierney's, Prototype 239, and maybe others. They were alright. The Shape of Things to Come
We're ripping it up, firing on all cylinders. Lots of live recordings are making their way to the surface. Also that Ronettes song... finally. FINALLY. We tracked a "studio version" of Two Chicks at the Same Time but it was tame in comparison to how Chris plays it live. The original plan was a live album of all of our favorite songs so I've been obtaining soundboard recordings from Berlin, Tierneys, and Prototype 237. I'm Only Going To Say This Once
"If you want something done right, do it yourself" I'm taking on bass duties in Bamberdost, Mad Jack and I mutually agreed to part ways. At the end of the day I felt things were lacking.
